Timely emails even for the little guy

I have GoogleAds on this blog, as well as on several other sites. I don't make a ton of money but every bit helps! But overall, I'm pretty small potatoes for these guys. I had a question about the reporting and decided to email them, wondering if I'd get any response other than some automated message pointing me at their help files.

I received a personal email back from one of their reps within the same day. And it was polite, communicated the information well, and solicited further communication from me if everything wasn't clear. Wow! I did, in fact, have another question so wrote back. And got another very timely, very clear, very polite message back. I'm impressed.

Two emails in two days from companies that get it. The one I wrote about yesterday was automated and canned, but entertaining. There was no need for a personal message and yet they still managed to make it memorable. The ones today communicated far more than the actual content of the message. Both were powerful.
